Delivery Information

Your order will be shipped by premium next day delivery.  Your order will be dispatched on the next working day.

Things you need to know

Shortly after placing your order you will receive a confirmation email.  Your tracking information will be provided in a second email once your order has been shipped.

In the unlikely event that you don’t receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as possible at info@shopawakn.com and no longer than the 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.  We will do everything we can to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Right now we are only shipping to UK customers - but we’re be sharing the love with the rest of the world soon.

How do I track my awakn order?

After your order has shipped you will receive an email titled ‘Your order is on the way’.  This email will contain the tracking link and tracking code for your order.

I want to change or cancel my order?

Changed your mind before your order has been dispatched? No problem, just send us an email at info@shopawakn.com and we’ll cancel your order and arrange for a refund.  Please allow us 5 days/ hours to process this for you.

How do I return my items?

We’re almost certain you won’t want to return your awakn sleep mask once you experience the impact that it has on your sleep, productivity and energy levels.  That’s why we offer a 90-sleep guarantee

If you do want to return your product then it must be returned within 90 days from when your order was delivered unused and in the original packaging.  Any awakn sleep masks that have been used or damaged won’t qualify for a refund.

All of our masks are triple checked for quality before dispatched to you but In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item then please just contact us at the following email address and attach photos of the issue and we will aim to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

When will I get my refund?

This can depend on how long it takes your chosen courier to deliver the items back to us before we can process it in our warehouse.  However, we will ensure your return is processed within a maximum of 7 days once it’s back at our warehouse.

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used for placing the order.

Can I exchange my mask for another colour?

If you decide that you would prefer a different coloured awakn sleep mask, then we can offer an exchange for you, however this will require you to send your order back to us at your expense.  The item must be unused and in the original packaging.
