Refund policy

We’re almost certain you won’t want to return your awakn sleep mask once you experience the impact that it has on your sleep, productivity and energy levels.  That’s why we offer a 90-sleep guarantee.

If you do want to return your product then it must be returned within 90 days from when your order was delivered with the original packaging. Please email admin@shopawakn.com stating your order number and we will arrange your return.

All of our masks are triple checked for quality before dispatched to you but In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item then please just contact us at the following email address and attach photos of the issue and we will aim to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
