Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped by DPD Express Delivery and dispatched on the next working day.  

Shortly after placing your order you will receive a confirmation email.  

Your tracking information will be provided in a second email once your order has been shipped.

In the unlikely event that you don’t receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as possible at info@shopawakn.com and no longer than the 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.  We will do everything we can to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
